Roland’s Drywall, Inc. was awarded the contract for the Acadia Hospital Psychiatric Observation Unit and Connector Addition in Bangor, ME. Our scope of work will consist of bearing wall and roof exterior and interior metal stud framing, shaft-wall systems, acoustical insulation, thermal insulation, all drywall installation and taping finishes. Our scope of work will consist of light gauge exterior metal stud framing, exterior paperless dens glass sheathing and joint sealants, light gauge metal stud engineering and shop drawings, interior metal stud framing, acoustical insulation, thermal insulation, Carlisle Air and Vapor Barrier weather wraps and trims, rigid insulation, plywood, wood blocking, all drywall installation and taping finishes. Work is expected to start in May of 2009 with a September 2009 completion.
