Roland’s Drywall was awarded the Smiling Sailboat Dental Project in Brunswick, Maine.  Ouellet and Associates is the Contractor chosen to lead the project.

Roland’s chosen to perform the addition and renovation work for the UNE Portland Alumni Hall Campus Project.  Work will consist of wood and metal stud framing, fiberglass sound attenuation and thermal insulation, soffit and ceiling framing and drywall finishes.

Molly Ockett Middle School is a $28 million expansion to accommodate students from C.A. Snow School, the enlarged Molly Ockett School is designed for up to 577 student in grades pre-K to 8. Arthur Dudley is the awarded General Contractor and Roland’s Drywall will spearhead the framing, sheathing, insulation, drywall and finishes.  The project will begin in September of 2015.

Jackson labs has Roland’s doing their newly purchased building in Ellsworth, Maine.  The former Lowe’s at Kingsland Crossing is being re-faced and the RDI team is literally “on it”.  The existing EIFS facade is being redone by the RDI team to Jackson Labs’ specifications.

Roland’s was recently awarded the Hodgkins School Project in Augusta, Maine.  The former school will be transformed into apartments and work will begin in August of 2015.  The project is expected to  be completed in one year.

Roland’s Drywall recently landed the Gorham Savings Bank Kiosk ATM and Entry Project in Portland.  The work includes wood and metal stud framing, curved walls, soffits, ceilings, insulation, drywall and finishes.

South Portland will be constructing an addition and renovating the current waste water treatment plant.  Roland’s Drywall will be performing the framing, insulation, drywall, sheathing and drywall finises.

After suffering from years of neglect and a recent fire, 660 Congress Street in Portland is being re-imagined as a downtown landmark. Roland’s Drywall has been selected as the contractor to perform drywall and finishes at this historical landmark.  660 will be utilized as apartments and commercial space later this year.

Genesis Healthcare at Springbrook in Westbrook is undergoing an extensive renovation that Roland’s is spearheading with RP Massielo.  Renovations will include new walls, bathrooms, tile, bedroom configurations, new work stations and more.

Roland’s Drywall lands the FW Webb project in Oakland.  The Owner and Contractor selected RDI to perform construction services for the new FW Webb builiding because of RDI’s quality, leadership and unsurpassed service.  Much thanks to the Owner and Construction team for working with us.

The Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard and CCB select Rolands Drywall as their Drywall Contractor.  This sensitive project will include wood framing, metal framing, wood floor framing, stage framing, blocking, insulation and Drywall Finishes.

Maine Medical is expanding the Bean building and renovation plan is aimed at two primary objectives for the hospital, allowing Maine Medical Center to modernize and alleviate pressure in current operating rooms, which today are running at rates that are higher than industry norms, Maine Medical Center reported.  Suffolk Construction is the chosen contractor and Roland’s Drywall is spearheading the 40 million dollar expansion.
