Roland’s Drywall, Inc. was awarded the contract for the $15,000,000 Mid Coast Hospital Expansions in Brunswick, ME. Our scope of work will consist of light gauge exterior metal stud framing, exterior paperless dens glass sheathing and joint sealants, light gauge metal stud engineering and shop drawings, interior metal stud framing, acoustical insulation, thermal insulation, Carlisle Air and Vapor Barrier weather wraps and trims, EIFS and Synthetic Stucco Exterior Systems, rigid insulation, plywood, wood and metal blocking, all drywall installation and taping finishes. Work is expected to start in January of 2009 with an October of 2009 completion. The General Contractor is H.P. Cummings Construction Company of Winthrop, ME and the Architectural Firm is Shepley Bullfinch Richardson and Abbott Architects of Boston, MA.
